1) Accounts & Identity
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One natural person per account unless expressly authorized. No account sharing, selling or lending.
- We may require verification for payouts, competitive integrity or safety reviews.
2) Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
- Human input only: no bots, macros, scripts, aimbots, clickers or overlays that influence inputs.
- No tampering: do not modify client code, intercept traffic, alter timers, latency or device clocks to gain advantage.
- No collusion: Do not coordinate outcomes, win-trading, or signal opponents.
- No multi-queue abuse: Do not farm or manipulate MMR/matchmaking with duplicate devices or VMs.
- Respect: harassment, hate, sexual content targeting others, doxxing, spam or impersonation are prohibited.
3) Match Integrity & Anti-Cheat
We protect competitive play using telemetry (timings, accuracy curves, latency, device/network context) and anomaly detection. We may:
- Invalidate suspicious scores, require re-verification, shadow-queue or temporarily limit features.
- Restrict devices/networks exhibiting automation or traffic manipulation.
- Request brief live checks (e.g., captcha or short reaction tests) during or after sessions.
4) Credits, $CHEM & Fiat
- Credits: earned through play, invites and promos; subject to resets/expiration described in product pages.
- $CHEM: utility used for early access, boosts and community features; usage is subject to local laws and our Terms.
- Fiat: availability varies by region and compliance. Where enabled, KYC and extra checks may apply.
- We may reverse rewards obtained via rule violations or fraud.
5) Chat & Content (ChallenCHAT)
- Share highlights responsibly. No illegal content, malware, pornographic or extremely violent material.
- No targeted harassment, threats, hateful conduct, or private info sharing.
- Moderators may remove content or apply mutes/timeouts. Repeat abuse escalates penalties.
6) Tournaments & Leaderboards
- Event-specific rules may add to these baseline rules; conflicts are resolved in favor of event rules.
- Ties, disconnects or anomalies: we may replay, award win, or void at staff discretion using telemetry.
- Leaderboard audits may retroactively remove invalid entries.
7) Eligibility & Regions
- You must satisfy local legal requirements and age limits in your jurisdiction.
- Some modes (e.g., rewards, payouts) may be region-limited or disabled based on compliance checks.
8) Results, Reports & Disputes
- Use the in-app report or Support within 72 hours for timely logs.
- Provide match time, opponent handle, and any supporting media. We review telemetry and take appropriate action.
- Decisions may be final where evidence is conclusive; otherwise we may order a rematch or void.
9) Penalties Ladder
- Warning → score invalidation → temporary restrictions → season ban → permanent ban (for severe or repeated offenses).
- Commercial abuse (botting/fraud) may trigger confiscation of balances and account/device blocks.
10) Appeals
If you believe a mistake occurred, submit an appeal via Support. Provide context, timestamps and relevant evidence. We will review once; repeated or duplicative appeals may be closed.
11) Changes & Enforcement
We may update these Rules to protect competitive integrity. Material updates will be reflected by the “Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
